These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time.

Ordered

Any order of a product appearing on this site supposes the preliminary reading of the present general conditions of sale. We accept orders under the terms of these conditions. By confirming an order, you accept all the conditions of sale, and acknowledge having read them perfectly.

Non-availability and restocking

All unavailable products will be displayed online and you will be notified in case of restocking.

Delivery

Delivery in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide.

Delivery in Switzerland is free from 300 Swiss francs of purchase.

The delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days in Switzerland, between 7-14 working days in Europe and between 14 to 21 days worldwide. However, you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way! You decide the type of transport before closing the purchase

Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.

Customs charges for orders outside the European community remain the responsibility of the customer. MOI-EBENE BEAUTY will not reimburse these costs. For loyal customers, MOI-EBENE BEAUTY will decide when to cover part of the customs fees. The customer will be informed in this case. It will therefore only pair the shipping costs.

Cancellation and modification

Orders made are immediately transmitted to the logistics center and dispatched as soon as possible. Be reassured of your choice before placing your order, because once this step has been completed, it will be impossible for you to modify the order.

Re-shipment

Any customer who provides an incomplete or incorrect address upfront will be charged additional handling charges to re-route their package.

Price

The prices indicated in Swiss francs are valid on this site and are excluding shipping costs. The other currencies indicated during a purchase are for informational purposes. Our prices may vary at any time, but the current prices will be indicated to you at the time of your order. For any delivery outside Switzerland and Europe, any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping and return costs

Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and health, returns* are not accepted.

Our shipping costs are fixed prices.

*For any eventuality of return, please contact customer service first who will confirm whether it is possible to return the product or not. No returns will be accepted without prior request. Return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Right to retract

You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of the products.

Our refund policy lasts 14 days.

After these deadlines, we can no longer refund or exchange your order.

Legal guarantee of conformity

In the event of the purchase of a defective product, you have a 2-year guarantee.

If you are informed at the time of sale that the product has quality problems, you will no longer be able to claim compensation for that particular defect.

If a product does not meet your expectations, please inform us as soon as possible. We can exchange it for you or, if you wish, reimburse you.

We only accept the return of your product if it has remained intact in its original packaging.

Please also attach proof of payment to the shipment.

After review, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method shortly.
